Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito Review

Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito Review

One of my favorite recent bag purchases was the Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito. I actually didn’t know much about the French brand until recently. Jacquemus was founded in 2010, but has really exploded onto the fashion scene in the last few years. With the help of celebrities and influencers alike, Jacquemus has become a major contender in the luxury brand arena.

Not only are Jacquemus bags beautiful, but they’re of the highest standards, too. Designed in France, then crafted in Italy and Spain, all pieces are of excellent quality. Jacquemus bags range from $575 to $1,135.

When deciding which Jacquemus bag to purchase, I knew the Le Chiquito was the one for me. Next, I just needed to choose the size and color. Let’s discuss in detail the one I ultimately went with.

Jacquemus Le Grand Chquito Details

There’s something about pairing the soft, round handle with the sleek, crisp edges that make the Le Chiquito so desirable. This stylish silhouette with bold gold logo has become somewhat iconic in the the fashion world, which is why I created this Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito Review.

The Le Grand is the largest of the Le Chiquito bags, which measuring 22 x 18 cm, still makes it a rather small bag, Like I’ve always said, I need my bags to be functional, which is why I knew I needed to go with the largest size. It’s large enough to fit my phone, small wallet, keys and lipstick.

There are a wide variety of colors to choose from, but being my neutral loving self, I went with light brown. In my opinion, you can never go wrong with such a classic color. I do however, have my eye on the light pale blue and white for spring.

The Jacquemus Price Point

With most bags under $1000, it’s hard not to choose a Jacquemus bag over the many more expensive designer bags. If you’re looking for excellent craftsmanship that won’t break the bank, Jacquemus is a great option. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite Jacquemus bags for you below.

Even with a great price point, a Jacquemus bag may still be a bit out if your price range. If that’s the case, but you love the top handle bag, I’ve expanded my Jacquemus Le Grand Chiquito Review to include some great alternatives. All of the below bags are similar to the Le Chiquito and range from $23.50 to $395.
